Throughout his career, Mark has led talent strategy, employee relations, compliance, leadership development, and culture transformation initiatives within complex organizations. He is known for helping leaders integrate faith-informed principles with practical, compliant HR practices to build healthy, high-performing workplace cultures marked by purpose, integrity, and excellence.
