He holds an MBA and brings over 30 years of corporate HR leadership experience, including roles with Quaker Oats, Gatorade, Kodak, and Merck. Throughout his career, Mark has led talent strategy, employee relations, compliance, leadership development, and culture transformation initiatives within complex organizations. He is known for helping leaders integrate faith-informed principles with practical, compliant HR practices to build healthy, high-performing workplace cultures marked by purpose, integrity, and excellence.
